Role overviewWe are hiring anAI-First Developer / Builderto work on prototypes, tools, and internal systems that push the boundaries of what intelligent contracts and AI-enabled infrastructure can do. You will collaborate closely with a small technical team and work in a highlyAI-assisted development environment, using tools like Claude Code, OpenClaw and other agent-based workflows to accelerate exploration and development. What you’ll doBuildAI-driven tools, prototypes, and internal systems. DevelopPython backends and APIsfor AI-powered features. Work withLLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines. PrototypeAI-assisted developer workflows. Experiment with newAI capabilities for intelligent contracts. Design smallfull-stack applications(backend + simple frontend). UseAI copilots and agents extensively in development. Collaborate closely with a small team to rapidly test and iterate on ideas. Experience buildingAPIs or backend systems. Comfortable withmodern full-stack development(React, Node, etc. is a plus). Experience withLLMs, AI APIs, or AI tooling.
