ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process. Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels. Conduct initial interviews and assess bothsoft and hard skills. Guide candidates through the entire hiring process — from the first contact to offer and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems. Experience in recruitment, preferably inIT, digital, or startup environments. Strong spoken English (B2 or higher)- you will work with international candidates and clients. Interest inConstruction/Real Estate/Marketing/Crypto/Web3 industries. Experience inrecruitment agencieswill be a plus. Fixed salary + bonus for each successfully closed position.
