We invite a Frontend/Design Engineer to join our team and help shape the frontend experience across a large-scale data infrastructure platform for private markets. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between design and engineering, taking ownership of a complex design system and frontend quality standards. Own the core component library, global layouts, and CSS/SCSS architectureMaintain and evolve the Angular-based design system, including components, tokens, and documentationDrive frontend quality direction across the platform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainabilityIdentify quality gaps, prevent recurring issues, and drive frontend process improvementsCollaborate with designers to improve design-to-code workflows and speed up implementationPartner with product engineers to build features, provide frontend guidance, and participate in design reviewsIndependently drive frontend decisions while balancing engineering, product, and design perspectivesMentor engineers on design system usage, frontend best practices, and UI quality consistency🎾What's working at Dev.
