Ion Jauregui – Analyst at ActivTradesBitcoin remains in a recovery phase as investors assess the potential impact of the next regulatory developments in the crypto sector, with the United States advancing discussions on a regulatory framework that could redefine the rules of the digital asset market. The U. S. Congress continues working on comprehensive cryptocurrency regulation, with the CLARITY Act as one of the central initiatives in the debate. The bill aims to provide greater clarity regarding the classification of digital assets and define the responsibilities of the main supervisory authorities, although its final approval still depends on overcoming political negotiations in the Senate. The potential arrival of a more clearly defined regulatory framework is considered by part of the market as a factor that could encourage greater institutional participation by reducing the legal uncertainty that has affected the sector for years. However, the process also highlights the adaptation challenges faced by companies operating in an increasingly supervised environment. In Europe, the implementation of the MiCA regulation (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is accelerating the transformation of the crypto ecosystem through new authorization, transparency, and supervision requirements for digital asset service providers. Binance, one of the world's leading exchanges, continues to face this adaptation process and still does not have a full MiCA authorization, reflecting the operational difficulties that some major players are encountering during the transition towards this new regulatory framework. BTCUSD Technical AnalysisFrom a technical perspective, the BTC/USD pair is currently trading around $65,710, after recovering from the low recorded on July 1 at $57,693. 79. This move has allowed the asset to recover part of its lost ground, although it is still facing relevant technical levels before confirming a new bullish phase. The first significant resistance is located slightly above current levels, at the point of control of the previous range at $67,690. 88, an area where a high volume of trading activity was concentrated. A sustained breakout above this level could open the way towards the next resistance located at $73,783. Further higher, the highs reached in May around $83,816. 04 represent the main technical reference to evaluate a recovery towards new highs. Momentum indicators are showing signs of improvement, although without definitive confirmation yet. The MACD maintains a recovery trajectory, but during the last three sessions buying volume has shown a slight correction, while remaining in the middle area of the histogram. Meanwhile, the RSI stands at around 57%, reflecting a recovery in buying momentum without reaching overbought levels. Additionally, the Crypto Fear & Greed Index shows an improvement in sentiment towards Bitcoin, accompanied by an increase in the asset’s dominance compared with altcoins. This behavior usually reflects a greater investor preference for the asset with the highest liquidity and market capitalization during periods of transition or uncertainty within the market. Bitcoin is therefore entering a decisive phase in which two key factors converge: the evolution of a regulatory framework that could mark a turning point for the industry and the ability of the price to overcome relevant technical resistance levels. A breakout of the immediate levels will be crucial to determine whether the current recovery can transform into a new bullish move. *******************************************************************************************The information provided does not constitute investment research.
