BTCUSD | Is the Market Preparing for a Deeper Correction?Bitcoin has been in a powerful bull cycle, but history suggests that strong trends rarely move in a straight line. One of the most important characteristics of financial markets is liquidity. Before continuing a major trend, price often seeks areas where liquidity is concentrated. At the moment, a significant amount of liquidity is likely resting below recent weekly lows, making a sweep of those levels a realistic possibility rather than an unexpected event. Another factor worth watching is the loss of momentum on the weekly timeframe. Compared to the early phase of the rally, recent impulsive moves are becoming less explosive while sellers are responding more aggressively. This doesn't necessarily signal the end of the bull market, but it often reflects a gradual shift in market dynamics. Looking back at previous Bitcoin cycles, every major bull market has experienced multiple deep corrections before reaching its final peak. These pullbacks have repeatedly removed excessive leverage, reset market sentiment, and provided the foundation for the next expansion. Today, the market is also facing an important macro backdrop. Institutional demand through Spot ETFs remains supportive, but monetary policy, global liquidity, and investor sentiment will likely determine whether Bitcoin can sustain higher prices or first undergo a healthy correction. For these reasons, I believe the probability of a deeper pullback should not be ignored. A correction would be consistent with Bitcoin's historical behavior and could represent a normal phase within a larger long-term bullish cycle—not necessarily the end of it. Markets don't move in straight lines. They move from liquidity to liquidity. This is my personal technical opinion and should not be considered financial advice.
